General project parameters<\/strong><\/p>\n

The order comprised a took set with a 4x and an 8xt injection moulding tool. Both moulds were manufactured entirely in China. Close consultation was needed in view of the required high level of precision with the small injection moulded parts.<\/p>\n

To this end, travelling to China was undertaken with the customer to rapidly and easily coordinate the sealing zones. The tools were very quickly corrected in the sealing zones - partly at night - immediately after on-site samples inspection. Thanks to this procedure, flawless injection moulding tools were quickly handed over to the customer for series production in Switzerland.<\/p>\n
