General project parameters<\/strong><\/p>\n

The order comprised a tool set of 6 injection moulding tools for a hose drum incl. initial sampling production. The moulds and their pre-series were manufactured in China. Following approval, the injection moulding tools were moved to Germany for series production.<\/p>\n

In view of the customer\u2019s experience with similar components, the design - and particularly the cooling - was coordinated together very precisely. To ensure 100% quality, the AsMoPLAST project team controlled and monitored the initial sample production in China. All the customer\u2019s requirements were fulfilled and the project was successfully concluded.<\/p>\n
